GENERAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE FOR ALL ROOMS:

 

  • Rent is all included (i.e. you don't pay anything on top and it covers energies, utilities, internet, garbage disposal etc.)
  • Deposit - One month rent, returnable by the end of the Lease
  • Legal Fee - 3.000 CZK upon signature (covers the cost of contract, administrative costs), one time fee
  • Bed linen, washing machine, kitchen equipment and fast WiFi provided in all apartments
